Narrative Film Editing

Learn the art of taking raw footage to assemble shots together to form a narrative piece for experimental films, documentaries, interviews, advertisements, or short films. The class will collaboratively create a short narrative work to learn these skills.

 

Topics include:

  • Navigating video editing interface
  • Structuring your workflow for ease and efficiency
  • Utilizing continuity editing and juxtaposition to create meaning
  • Exporting your videos for sharing on various platforms
