Video Production: Live Stream Experiments – Be a Video DJ!

This workshop is about working with real–time video effects to create a live performance! Students will learn new methods of video production that are different from the standard approach of shooting and editing films. Using both analog and digital technologies, we will create interactive video performances!
During the first half of the session, we will learn about the tools and processes used to make interactive video performances. Then, during the second half of the session, students will break into groups to plan and design their own live stream video set. On the last day, we will perform our work live!
No prior knowledge of video or programming is required.
