Students entering grades 5-8
“Sampling in Symmetry” is an immersive, hands-on workshop for aspiring artists and music
producers, focusing on the art of sampling. Participants will learn how to chop, loop, and
manipulate audio samples, building skills to create cohesive, rhythmically captivating tracks.
The workshop explores crate-digging, the foundations of hip-hop and electronic music
production, and the creative potential of symmetry in sound.
Class limited to 8 participants.
