Exciting news! For fall 2024, Squeaky Wheel is accepting applications for Saturday Cafe!
Are you a high school student who is passionate about film and/or media art? Do you love making things, and experimenting with new ideas, new software, and new equipment? Are you interested in things like (but not limited to) video, animation, digital illustration, sound editing, creative coding, game design, digital photography? Do you want to spend your Saturday afternoons working on exciting new projects, meeting other teen artists, and working with amazing guest artists and mentors? Then Saturday Cafe might be the place for you!

Fall 2024 dates:
October 12 – December 14 (no class Nov 30)
Saturdays 1:30-4:30 pm
The October 12 class will be a meet & greet and info session for new applicants.
We will also attend the Next Gen youth screening of the Buffalo Int’l Film Festival.
Can’t make it October 12? That’s ok! Join us October 19!

Exhibition opportunities!
This fall, we will focus on digital drawing and animation. When we start back up in February, we will explore 16mm film, video, and sound. We’ll end the year with an exhibition of our work!
